    Was promised a beautiful pink E-Poxy Floor for my hair salon, as it was deemed "bulletproof", "easy to clean, wont chip, highly durable" by owner Sam. A week in, it stained, chipped and is so hard to clean. When I messaged to see how i could better maintain this floor I didnt get a response and i was shocked to find i had been blocked on social media platforms. Beyond disappointed as this was meant to be the highlight of my salon. 1 year in and I'm too scared to spend more money on fixing it. Shocking service, I could have had someone poor paint on my floor for much less.
